Energy-efficient Remeha boilers heat luxury London property development

Three Remeha Gas 610 Eco Pro 10-section condensing boiler and one Remeha Gas 310 Eco Pro boiler have been installed at Sovereign Court, one of central London’s most prestigious mixed-use developments in recent years, to work alongside the central Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant ensuring reliable, energy-efficient heating at all times.

Condensing boilers are commonly specified in conjunction with CHP units to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. At Sovereign Court, M&E consulting engineers Crofton Design specified three fully-modulating Remeha Gas 610 Eco Pro 10-section boilers and one Remeha Gas 310 Eco Pro boiler to operate in tandem with the CHP unit. The recommendation was due to the high efficiency of the boilers and their renowned reliability, matched by Remeha’s expert technical support and back up service.

Commenting on the specification, Richard Manuel, Associate at Crofton Design, said: “The Remeha Gas 310/610 Eco Pro boilers were ideal for providing a high output in a compact form.  Their shape and manoeuvrability aided in achieving a simple and effective plant replacement strategy in an awkward plant space.”

The Remeha 310/610 Eco Pro range delivers higher than average annual efficiencies of up to 98.4% GCV and ultra-low NOx and carbon emissions. The fully-assembled, free-standing, fully-modulating, high-efficiency, gas-fired condensing boilers are available with outputs from 51 to 1303kW. This ‘renewable-ready’ range has been designed for easy connection with both low carbon CHP units and renewable technologies for maximum efficiency and energy savings.
