TRAINING

PRE AND AFTER SALES SERVICES
Remeha Commercial’s dedicated pre-and-after-sales teams are ready to give you the support you need. It’s an integral part of the quality package that Remeha offers as standard with all products.

TECHNICAL TRAINING
We offer dedicated Technical Service Training for installers at our training centres by our experienced product support engineers.

SPARE PARTS KIT
In close co-operation with contractors, Remeha has developed an extensive spare parts/emergency kit which enables authorised service engineers to provide prompt attention in an emergency situation and fix the boiler on first visit. The spare parts kit includes all major parts that may be required for a breakdown.

ASSEMBLY / COMMISSIONING

To arrange a Boiler Assembly or Commissioning please download and complete the commissioning request form or assembly request form and fax to the number on the form. A customer rep will then contact you to discuss availability and confirm agreed arrangements.

WARRANTY

Download the warranty request form and terms of warranty. Should you require assistance during the warranty period please download the warranty request form. Please complete and send to our after sales dept who will confirm any arrangements made.
