In the unlikey event of a breakdown we are here to help. Dealing with us means you get exactly what you need, when you need it.

We guarantee all of our products for two years, including parts and labour, if commissioned by us. We also offer a five year warranty on heat exchangers.

If your Remeha products aren’t commissioned by us, we offer a two-year parts only warranty, and the same five-year warranty on heat exchangers.

If you need an in-warranty repair, simply contact our after sales team or complete our in-warranty request form. If your product is out of warranty, please get in touch with our Remeha approved service agents who will arrange for your product to be repaired. 

How do I know if my product is in warranty?
